mancrush (click on it to check out the urbandictionary definition, go ahead, i dare you)
right? NON SEXUAL DESIRES. that's what a mancrush is. so first things first. it's definitely not against my religion to have a mancrush. and of course. girlfriend before mancrush.
anyway announcing my mancrush.
drumroll.
.
.
.
it's
jensen ackles!
he's one of the protagonist in supernatural. that's probably why i like him. he's got charm!
Why do i like him? watch supernatural and you'll find out.
anyway! i even got my gaia character to dress up like him in one of the supernatural episodes.
cute right?
anyway. thats all for my ramblings today.
peace out!

my secret prayer book
in our changing times. life has lots of ups and downs.
with today's modern lifestyle. thinking. and all that.
we find ourselves living a more and more comfortable lifestyle but also a more tempting one where we tend to think about enjoying life more.
one thing we must always. always. as good Catholics. or Christians for the matter, is to pray.
and really. what better way than to utilise the modern societies technology. the internet. click for prayer book.
if you clicked. what you are looking at is a forum. a prayer book by Catholics for Catholics of the gaiaonline community. since it's kinda really hard nowadays to be spreading the joy in rl (real life) online ways actually help. especially if you are hard on time.
if you can't see the book. just join gaia. it's free. warning. it's addictive. but this forum is pretty tight.
it's got a lot of views of Catholics of all ages. and it's not so overpopulated that if you only check it once a week it'll suffice.
anyway short post this time. kinda got a headache :(

my secret glee
OH DEAR.
SORRY NEGLECTED BLOG.
and sorry to my beloved readers. if there is such a thing.
well. i finished watching glee like a month ago. suppose to write something about it.
but never came around to it. oh joy. oh should i say. oh glee.
how lame -________-;;
you might be wondering. what is this glee?
apparently it was pretty big in 2009. won some awards.
its about a highschool glee club. basically a club that does singing and dancing. it primarily suppose to focus on the singing. but these days. you know. showmanship and that kind of stuff.
this is a series you definitely don't want to miss out. i'd give it a 8.
it really shows a lot of reality. you have. asians, jocks, cheerleaders, not so good looking people, good looking people, disabled, handicapped, talented, jews, latinos, blacks and the whole lot. i didnt intend to discriminate anyone.
its a lot more down to earth. it's not just good looking people like every other series nowadays, one tree hill, supernatural, gossip girl, ladida ladida.
i enjoy the camera techniques and commentary styles use in glee.
not to mention there's some really really good singing.
a not to be missed out show. watch it guys!
i enjoy this picture. funneehh.

my secret st. patricks day
If you all didnt know. today. 17th march. is St. Patrick's day. i didn't know myself
haha. until i went to mass. St. Patrick is well, duh, a Saint. but his day is celebrated for all the wrong reasons! with lots of drinking, and green beer. gross. he is actually celebrated because he is the St that brought Catholicism to Ireland!
a true hero.
Since it's a Feast day, i thought i make a post relating to religion.
Something the priest said, which i think is something good to blog about. when St. Patrick was 16. he said he still hasn't had a REAL relationship with God.
his father was a deacon and his Grandfather was a priest. the thing to note here. just because you go to church, doesn't mean you have a relationship with God. you have to make the effort. prayer, and trying to do his will. having conversations with God, even though sometimes you don't feel like he's replying, but he's there. he listens :)
and whats important to remember is! it's never too late to have a relationship with God. God loves us all very very very very much. and no matter how old, what you look like, colour of your skin, he'll accept you if you want to have a relationship with him.
just thought i should let you'll know :)
Praise the Lord.

my secret lent
today is one of the days of this Lenten season.
if you don't know what lent is, its the season where we prepare ourselves for the Lords death and resurrection.
notable things about lent that Catholics do, every friday we don't eat meat. and during lent we are suppose to give up something we love. like a sacrifice.
but as my priest explained, it's not just about giving up something we like. there's a reason to that! we don't giving up simply to sacrifice. but we suppose to give it up so that we can become closer. spend more time. concentrate on God. I think generally younger generations just give up for the sake of Lent but don't really know why we give up. it's like, "oh, i'll give up computer games. so instead i'll kill that time i used to play computers games by watching tv." If it's like that. then maybe we haven't really observed it properly.
I myself am tryin to give up something for Lent. not just Lent but for life. i'm shy to mention. but i think almost every guy has done this before. ahem
even though modern day society says it's okay to do it. and it's healthy, prevents cancer or something. It's still a sin. and it separates me from God. Every Lent i've tried but failed miserably, but this time i think there's a difference :) tommorow i'll be a week clean! although i haven't been clean the whole of lent :(
But i think it'll be good. cos the less i sin, the more closer i can get to God :)
so with that in mind. well for next Lent, or the remainder of Lent. do something about it!

my secret life at gaiaonline.com
so. based on the title. i'm pretty sure you can guess. it's kinda a website review. but it's more of a gamer review. gaia online has been around for a very long time.
in fact, it's underwent some serious changes!
i first played this game in 2004 or 2005. can't remember. but i'm pretty sure it was that long ago. so all my items are ridiculously old. but with time. my items can't be bought anymore. so making some of them quite expensive! i have a winged anklet which is around 3 million gold. my most expensive luxury item. hehehe.
what gaia online is basically about, is pretty much a forum, making friends, playin mini games, earnin gold so you can make your avatar look super awesome. here's my avatar.
i don't know why. but it seems i like the black style avatar.
but i'm going to make new avatars. after. after i buy that ridiculously expensive sword. 220k. grr. well i'm halfway there.
what's new with gaia is, now you can have an aquarium! house! and car.
and there's this online mmorpg. no download required. it's pretty sweet as it gets you new items for your avatar, and helps you make gold
thats all for now! but i'm sure you'll be hearing more in the future :P

my secret pandora heart
OK! after my short hiatus. cos i was sooo caught up in gaia online. which i will blog about. hmm. tommorow?
i'm back. and today. is. *drum roll*
anime! since i just finished pandora hearts.
it's a semi serious anime. serious in a sense that it has a lot of themes of self discovery, in a philosophical way. well i don't think kids will think much of it. but as a semi adult, i makes you think a bit.
it's a really whole new take on Lewis Caroll's Alice in wonderland. It incoporates many many many characters and references from Alic in Wonderland and through the looking-glass.
The main characters are shown up there. the black haired girl is Alice. "..." no duh. we don't expect Alice to be a boy. -_-
err. moving on. well it's about the blond hair kid, he like was suddenly taken into a different world where he meets Alice, and they escape to find out who they really are. something like that. well the other world is kinda like a prison. so they escape from prison! interesting huh?
well. the anime is really really cute.
look at these pics!
funny!
well. the anime is fun to watch. but it ended quite. surprisingly. so it's like. what? thats it? so "potong steam"
if you don't know what "potong steam" is a kinda term for when you get really excited and it turns out really disappointing. as in, when you are really excited you steam up, and then potong is cut. so it's cut steam. well yea. there you have it.
lame. what can you expect from the malay language?
anyway this anime gets a 7/10
i hope they release season 2 so we can find out what's the truth behind the story
p/s: im going to read the manga to find out ending.

my secret long distance relationship
if now you didnt know. i have a secret girlfriend.
and as of right now. we're on long distance :(
long distance is really hard. but if you prevail. you'll be the strongest couple ever.
i'm so lucky to have my girlfriend, we video call nearly everyday. and she puts up with a lot of crap :)
from my experience, which is so very little. to those who are going to undergo long distance. make sure you guys are strong as a couple. and remember to communicate as often as you can :)
i really dont have to say that much for now! but i will probably when i have more experience in this

my secret choir (2)
IF you read and noticed. i didn't talk about my choir at all.
well my choir anyway.
so to elaborate since i'm in a better state of mind.
i joined choir. and it's a rewarding experience, singing praises to God.
but what i think the choir lacks is, hmmm, how do i put this.
well what i want to do, is change the way the choir works.
we need more committed members instead of just 4 or 5 people showing up at the proper time and everyone else coming 5 mins before mass starts.
i think the song selections are not suited for a congregation of youth, university students. if we want to attract people, we can't really stay like this.
we need to sing psalms!
ok, well i dont really mind the songs, but the songmaster is over enthusiastic sometimes i feel, i admire it, but he chooses songs that barely the choir can cope with, so how is the congregation gonna feel? and it happens almost every week.
coup d'etat anyone?
haha
well. one of my targets this semester is to get new members into the choir and to make it a more vibrant, dynamic experience so that more people would be interested and join us in singing praises to our God :)

my secret choir
i reckon one part of church life. is to be active in church.
i mean. just to go to church is one thing. but it's important to be spiritually active as well. joining groups, choirs, whatever makes you happy.
If you haven't joined any. one thing you get out of this is satisfaction. you know the satisfaction when you build a gunpla. it's better. you feel like you're actually affecting someone. changing lifes. even if it's only yours. like making a difference. and if you dont feel like you are. then do something about it!
as a student or working life, i know sometimes you get caught up in the rush of things. busy life. no time to commit. but it's important we find some time off. to relax. spiritual retreat. go for a bible class. even if it's just one class. or join the choir to sing. be out of the box.
well, for me. i feel like the community of students are not very enthusiastic in church. so i'd like to make a change. even if it makes one or two people more enthusiastic in coming to church. i think i'd be happy :)
well the moral of the story is to join more church activities!
ps. sorry if it's not that deep. i really wanted to do a deep one but i got caught up in the day and im over exhausted :(

my secret fat cat
back in my house.
we have a cat.
a fat white cat.
it's not really our cat.
it's just a cat that hangs around our land. a lot. probably never leaves it.
my mom feeds the cat.
and even has one of those pet food saucers thingy.
something that looks like these
anyway. the cat is fluffy and white. and it's kinda fat.
my sister gave it the adoptive name "fluffy". but i reckon that's just a nicer way of saying fatty. so i just directly call it by it's proper name. "fatty"
since the cat isn't really ours. it's not groomed or cleaned. so it's got really dirty fur. and apparently the other cats don't like him/her (not sure) so they attack him/her a lot. so the cat's always got like this blood stain.
anyway. if you are finding it hard to imagine, it looks pretty much like the picture below. probably not as fat. but dirtier skin.
well. one thing about this cat. i reckon it doesn't like me.
i tried to feed it once. and it scratched me! grr. stupid neko.
btw. neko is cat in japanese. some useful info! but it's generally used also for catgirls.

my secret shaver
as a man. *cough cough*
we grow facial hair. and obviously we need to groom ourselves to look prim and proper.
for 3 months. i was using disposable shavers. ouch. it hurts. a lot.
and just a couple days ago. i was reunite with my old friend.
GILLETTE MACH 3!
if you gentlemen don't have a shaver yet.
i totally recommend this one.
its smooth, it finishes well. it's 3 blades make sures it cuts well. i think 5 blades is way way too much. what a waste of material.
the mach 3 has a kind of free end. making it able to move freely up and down. which makes the shaving experience sooo much better.
gillette has another shaver, with a totally free end. as in it can move in any direction. but i reckon that is way too much. what use do we need a shaver that can move in any direction. shaving strokes are only one way. so the up and down free movement is wayyy more than enough.
well.
this product deserves a awesome review.
9/10
-1 cos it's a little pricey. but worth the money.

my secret prayer
I think, what a lot of Christians need to pray more. prayer is very powerful.
and God listens, he really does. :) and trust in what he does. he truly knows what is best for us.
true story, it happened to me.
As a young Catholic, i think the most hardest thing is to fight off temptation, as temptation is everywhere around us. temptation might as well change it's name to "university life".
But what is important is we need to find people from that university. other Catholics. so that you know you're not alone. that is really important. as a priest told me just the other day. yesterday, for that matter. build your faith together.
just the other day. while i was praying. something truly amazing happened. too amazing to be coincidental.
in essences, i was praying for God to guide my life. after praying, i proceeded to finding my rosary, and once i found it i wanted to hang it on top of my bed. but what happened was, the rosary fell behind my bed :(
it was a bit troubling to get it out. i had to move the bed. my hands weren't long enough. so i had to use a pen. but point aside.
i found many other stuff behind my bed. stuff the previous tenant left behind, a picture, an envelope, and a postcard. i'm not sure why. but i went on to reading that postcard. at the end of the postcard was a scripture.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in Him with all your heart,
acknowledge Him in all your ways,
and He will guide your paths.
i have to admit. i was truly in awe at that moment when i read it.
God listens to us. he truly does.
so i encourage all of you. in time of doubt, fear, need, sadness, happiness, whatsoever
Pray :)

my secret confessions as a shopaholic
if you couldn't guess by the title.
it's a movie.
confessions of a shopaholic
it's very down to earth. but i feel sorry for the debt collector as he was only doing his job. and the girl totally deserved what she got. the debt collector was a victim i would say.
well if you don't know this movie.
it's about a girl who loves to shop. shop so much that she is in debt. lots of debt.
i think this movie is pretty decent. as it shows us, especially Catholics, how not to get caught up in worldly possessions. it will only lead us to our destruction. as potrayed quite well. she pretty much lost everything that truly matters to her.
and people who shop. shopaholics. really can relate to her. in a sense this movie is a good one for the family. or when you're bored. or wanting to quit shopping.
whatever the occasion is. this is a good movie. so don't miss the opportunity to watch it.
i would rate it. hmmm
7/10

it's about a girl who loves to shop. shop so much that she is in debt. lots of debt.
i think this movie is pretty decent. as it shows us, especially Catholics, how not to get caught up in worldly possessions. it will only lead us to our destruction. as potrayed quite well. she pretty much lost everything that truly matters to her.
and people who shop. shopaholics. really can relate to her. in a sense this movie is a good one for the family. or when you're bored. or wanting to quit shopping.
whatever the occasion is. this is a good movie. so don't miss the opportunity to watch it.
i would rate it. hmmm

my secret life as ted mosby
if you all don't know who ted mosby is, he is the protagonist in a very popular series that has been running for 5 seasons now, how i met your mother.
yes. this is a tv series review.
it's about ted and his best friends, ted tells the story of his life. literally. the story of his life. and the girls he falls in love with, or out of love with. however you see it.
it's a pretty good series. in terms of humour, friendships, and life stories.
but generally i reckon it should be for over 18s. the show has a lot of sex integrated. not actually any sex scenes. but lots of sex talk and well. just a lot.
and one character. played by patrick neil harris. is the womanizer who preys on bimbo like girls so that he can have his one night stands. ironic as the actor in real life is gay. it kinda demeans woman and potrays them as sex objects. i find this very appalling
it's not really the show you want your kids to be watching. it's going to make them think that casual sex is ok. i myself as a catholic. am quite disturbed at how they portray the sexual lifes. and would probably not ever want my kids to watch this. unless they have a strong faith that would not be affected by the show.
but besides that the series is a pretty decent one.
so i'll have to rate it.

my secret writers block
if you noticed. probably no one. since no one reads this.
i haven't been updating my blog recently. why?
probably because i have had a writers block.
haha. i don't know what to blog about.
so instead of wasting time on thinkin what to blog about. i'll just blog about the fact i had a writers block. it's no fun. when you're not blogging.
well probably because my classes started and that i'm doing LDR, i've been a little distracted.
also my favourite anime to watch. keroro gunso. i can only find episodes till 151. T____T if anyone has a website to direct me to. please do. but not veoh. anything but veoh. i dont want to support a website that doesn't offer it's services to asia. maybe i'll blog about my LDR. or my webcam dates. if you can call them dates.
well i've got a really good gunpla to blog about! but it's going to talk a real lot of time to blog about it. i should start writing series reviews. i think. that would be good.
or maybe i should clean up my room. total mess. haha.
well i guess i do have things to do.
but im just lazy? well. time to be less lazy then.
well classes start in about an hour. so means i probably have to do something.
today i'm going to bring a schoolbag. empty though. but my friends have be complaining i look so "slumber" i dont bring anything to classes.
